As for Gravys call, it was probably a misclick or just a standard spite call. Octavian C is a pos. Maybe you should start playing big sngs cause you would get spite called all the time, as everyone either hates you or knows you are retarded. Oh, I forgot, you only have enough money in your account to rail.
Octavian_C is shoving 100% here and has 5 bbs from the sb. Against a 100% range it's prob not too bad of a call but mainly make calls like this too prevent him from shoving any2 in the future. Now if he shoves 85% here I make alot of money in the future. If you don't make calls like this your game becomes exploited at this level. It's called metagame.

he only had to win 40.4% of the time to break even. if it was a mistake, it was a minor one, I think that is pretty clear to everyone but stalker

You obviously dont play any sit n goes and if you do your roi is negative if you say this was a bad call. It's not a call that you make every single time obviously and spacegravy definitely doesn't make every time (that's why he's up 200K after all) BUT its a call you should make once in a while when there's 3 players left and noone has more than 10BB's. If you never make a call like this and wait for "big" hands while you have 9 BB's you will not win any money. Simple as that. If you cant understand this then i suggest you never to try sit n goes. You will lose big time.
There's a difference between "big hands" and "hands that have a reasonable chance to win". Choosing 8-high to make a stand with is just awful. You have to be almost certain of not having the best hand, and are simply too likely to be dominated. If half his stack was in the blind then you're forced to...here you are not. The "hero calls", although good for TV which is where you no-doubt gained your poker "knowledge", are just stupid.
It's a shame you didn't post your screen name because I'd certainly take time to find you and lighten your wallet.

By the time you get the quality hand you'll be blinded out 75% of the time which means you'll lose a lot of money. you obviously didn't understand what i said. Yes it isn't a good call i never said it was. BUT when you play in the 100's and above and you play 1000 games a week like spacegravy does you obviously play against the same people a lot you have to make a call like that 20 to 30 times in 1000 games to make people not shove on your BB all the time. Obviously you'll never get it so yes very bad call he obviously sucks.

The only reason it wasn't is because Ocatavian had 1 of his live cards and because he lost. lol. If thats a reason to assume a call isn't good. I just want to mention something here that noone seems to notice. Stalker says he never railed spacegravy and this hand is from spacegravy's hand history which he posted on his blog but now is deleted. I just have a question. If this was from his hand history wouldn't we see his hole cards at the start of the hand and not at showdown? just wondering. Stalker its ok to rail him just admit it. No biggie. Trying to pick up something from a good player isnt a bad thing. Also i really hope i knew your screename if you played sng's. I'd shove on you every blind lol.
