CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!

"Im not one to do stupid heads up egofests, but I have found a game he just might take me up on. He claims limit hu is a great game of skill, and from what I can tell, he is down $10000 or so from sngs and mtts on stars. So, I will sit at 30/60 limit with $10,000, which should give us plenty of room to see who is actually the better player. If he beats me, he will be even for his life, if he loses, well, his parents will be out another $10,000. I will sit for the next 3 days while I am 20 tabling from around 1pm est til 7pm est. I also assume he will want to play much lower. Well, I dont play for napkins, so a $10,000 freezout is as low as I will go. He can either accept by sitting and playing or decline by running and hiding."

A couple of things to point out to this moron:

1. Assuming I am who he claims I am, he has no evidence to suggest if that is my normal account or an account borrowed from a friend.
2. He has no idea if I have any other accounts either on PokerStars or elsewhere, so does not have anywhere near my full range of results.
3. Assuming I have 1 account and is the one he suggests, Sharkscope and pokerdb only go back a couple of years, and I promise you I have been playing online and live for much longer than that.
4. He has no way of tracking my cash game results, and assuming I am the person he thinks I am, have proven to have played high limit NLHE with World Champions.

This all makes his statement "If he beats me, he will be even for his life" look kinda ridiculous now.

I'll play you at my game at your stakes. However there's one small problem. Although I have no doubt I could beat you blindfolded and both arms tied behind my back, you do have some acquaintances who are rather good at the game. Individually I would crush all of them, but against a consortium my edge would be reduced. And Jon, to be honest (Jon - honest!? lol), you are not really famous for playing as yourself online, now are you?

Limit Hold'em, $30/$60, $10,000 buy-in LIVE in Las Vegas before the Festa al Lago (I know you will be in town). Let's see who's "running and hiding" now.

YOUR MOVE CREEP.

I'm gonna go ahead and predict that this hu matchup will never happen and it will be because of you stalker. You are gonna pussy out. JL isn't even a Limit player so just play him online

Why name this blog "Challenge Accepted"? You don't to play on his terms. You want to change everything. I assume this is why you never played Gravy either!

They are willing to play, you then want to change things.

OWNED.

I have to agree with you here Stalker. Jon has proven he'll let others play for him, and he'll do that here. It can't ALL be on his terms. Let him choose the stakes but you choose the game. Let's see if he'll man up (probably not).

That is exactly what that have agreed to....30/60 Limit Hold'Em. JLs stakes and Stalker's game

stalker where are you? i've seen jon sitting @ a limit table all day! come on!!!

This match will never happen.

You'll say he backed out and he'll say the same thing about you. No one on the outside will be able to prove anything in either direction.

Quit bein' a little bitch and play. Stop pussyin out.

Stalker,

I'm a true and blue follower and believer in your cause. I've got to say that I don't like you challenging all the icons though.

If you think someone sucks or is overrated, then that doesn't mean that you have to be better than them. I think Keanu Reeves is a shitty actor. Could I do a better job? Probably not. I always thought Chris Webber (NBA) was super overrated and sucked, but he was still obviously better than me.

Anyways, the point is that the icons minus gravy suck hard enough to not be giving advice to anyone (much less charging for it). Are they winning poker players? Yes. Do others wish they could make as much as them? Yes.

By you constantly challenging them and then running for cover just weakens all your perfect points over the last few months.

Stick to critiquing and not challenging. Hopefully after this FJ challenge blows over you can regain a bit of your clout back.

Keep it up!

So will you tell everyone why you didn't sit at the 30-60 table and get the idiot's money? Is it because you were scared or because you don't have the money to even sit at that table? Judging by the fact you've been grinding 10c tournaments lately i'd think the second. Am i correct? you are a joke after all lol

LOL at the guy above posting the bust out hands. I wish I could win $100,000 in a day.

Anonymous said...

i would actually say that the first hand is pretty standard. the 2nd one, is not

Anonymous said...

N1SF you only reraise with JJ+, AK? If so you lose a lot of money. Learn to play poker and then critisize someone else. No its not a standard spot but its a spot where your opponent most likely will fold to a reraise and 20+K chips at that point helps win tournaments. Now if you play just to cash you never play this way. Depends. But its not a wrong move.

Anonymous said...

Ya i am not re raising just JJ+ but for a guy (duckU) that was playing real snug to open UTG +1 with a 17bb stack has to be on a pure steal there and exactly what is k 10 beating ????? Not much there also shoving a 45bb stack is an obvious spew

I have to congratulate him though on a tourney well played and the 97k profit :):):):

Let me guess...you are not posting anything because you are traveling and getting ready for the WSOPE??

LOL!!!

Stalker, we need you back in business. Icon hate 4 life.

I'll be posting again in anger when done with my poker trips. The "Icons" have given me some VERY juicy material. Especially with the fact that Jonathan Little wussed out of my challenge (not surprising though).

Stalker Truth said...

JL wussed out??? How funny. You want all challenges accepted on your terms?? LOL, do they not get any say on the terms? JL showed...where was you????

Anonymous said...

stalker hasnt been posting in awhile i heard his trailer burned down

JL wussed out???

- Yes

How funny.

- Not really, just expected.

You want all challenges accepted on your terms??

- No they were pretty much all HIS terms.

LOL, do they not get any say on the terms?

- Why did you laugh? Yes, they got all the say. The only thing I picked was the game - limit hold'em.

JL showed...where was you????

- Yep, he showed. Conveniently it was the days he KNEW I was not available. Notice what he said - "I will be there for 3 days", which is exactly when I was not around. Will he play me now? Nope. Big wuss.

*** YOU JUST GOT VERBALLY ROASTED BY THE STALKER! ***
